This set of 12 Royal Doulton dinner plates is hand painted and artist signed by F. Percy and feature an elaborate cobalt blue enamel border with gold overlay which frames the central floral bouquets. These are very decorative and would also look lovely in a display and/or used as presentation/service plates. These would mix in well with any cobalt, white and gold simpler pattern soup bowls or salad plates. Made in 1940, they are in excellent condition.
